1. General
1.1 The objectives
The main purpose of the competition is to find the Champion of the 1st On-line
National Gliding Championship.
1.2 The Champion
The title of the Champion will get the pilot who scores the best overall result
in the final classification.
1.3 The Championship classes
The competition will be flown in 5 classes: Standard, 15m, 18m, Open and Miscellaneous.
1.4 The Calendar
The competition stars on 6th March 2007 and finishes on 5th June 2007 (12 races).
There will be no competition day on 1st May. We will fly on Tuesdays at 8 pm.
The join time will be 30 minutes – from 7:45 to 8:15 pm.
2. Pilots
2.1 The Entry
The maximum number of players who can take part in the competition is 32. If
there is too many people who would like to fly, then the order of registration
is taken into consideration. Any pilot can register; however, the priority is
given to the polish pilots.
2.2 Requirements
Every pilot has to own a legal copy of Condor. Manipulating the program, the
planes or any other files is not allowed.
3. Flight
3.1 The Tasks
All the tasks will be prepared by one of the three tasksetters/referees: Jarosław
Kajoch, Piotr Raczyński or Marcin May.
3.2 The time schedule
The Race start is 15 minutes after the end of join time. For the tasks with
regatta start the race starts 20 minutes after the end of join time.
3.3 Sectors
3.3.1 The start line will be 5km long and it will be perpendicular to the track
to the first TP. Sometimes, there will be the maximum start altitude set up
on a given task.
3.3.2 Turnpoints
We will be using the standard FIA sectors or cans with a 0,5km radius. Sometimes,
there will be the maximum altitude set up on a given TP.
3.3.3 The finish line will be 1km long. Sectors/cans with a 0,5km radius will
be also allowed. Sometimes, there will be the maximum altitude set up on the
finish line.
3.4 Briefing
All briefings will be available at the website wkzs.may.net.pl at least one
hour before a race.
NOTAM will be set up as shown below.

In some races using the PDA might not be allowed and some settings in NOTAM might
be changed. All pilots will be informed about any changes before a race.
3.5 Disconnections
If you are disconnected during the flight please continue your flight and load
up your IGC file. In case of an outlanding a pilot is obliged to load up the
IGC file anyway. If the IGC file is not uploaded, a pilot will get 0 points
for a task.
3.6 Crashing
If you crash you will get 0 points for a task.
4. Scoring
4.1 Daily Results
The daily results are scored using Winscore software. The results will be published
as soon as it is possible.
4.2 Overall Results - National
For the overall results 8 races of the best results of all races (12) will be
counted. In this classification only Polish pilots are scored.
4.3 Overall Results - International
For the overall results 8 races of the best results of all races (12) will be counted. In this classification all pilots are scored.
4.4 Extra points
Out of all results of each pilot the best 10 will be added and divided by 10. As a result each pilot will be given extra points.
In this way we want to award those pilots who will take part in competition regularly.
5. Prize
Every pilot will be given a digital certificate via e-mail.
